Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy Water Recipe:
1 bottle of water (or 250 ml of cold water)
I cut the lemon in half . Half of it i cut in pieces and the other half i squeeze and add directly to the water that way i get direct flavour AND i have some left over for later with the pieces!!
Chill one large can of Carnation milk (to be whipped when cold enough and put aside)
1 large package of lemon Jello
1/2 c hot water
1/2 c lemon juice and rind
1/4 c sugar
16 or more graham wafters
4 tbsp of butter
1/4 cup of sugar
Disolve 1/2 cup of hot water into the package of Lemon Jello. Then add your can of Carnation milk, lemon juice (with rind optional) and 1/4 cup of sugar.
Crush up 16 or more graham wafers. Add 4 tbsp’s of melted butter and 1/4 cup of sugar and work together. Don’t add to much you don’t want it to wet.
Add the top mixture to the bottom and let it sit in the fridge for 2 (4 or 5 hours is best) or more hours! ( 10×13 pan.)
